Every Shuppa web project includes managed hosting as standard — EU-based servers, uptime monitoring, security patching, monthly backups, and technical support. You don't need to manage a server or deal with a separate hosting provider.
A standard DV SSL certificate (the padlock in the browser) is included free with every managed hosting plan. An optional Premium SSL (OV — shows your organisation name in certificate details) is available as an add-on for €79/year.
The build cost is a one-off payment for designing and developing your website. The annual fee covers ongoing managed hosting, domain management, security updates, and support. Both costs are shown clearly in the quote engine — there are no hidden charges.
Yes. Any of the 7 Shuppa software modules — including accounting (Notiva), CRM (Neuron), and online bookings (Space) — can be added to your website package. Pricing is per seat per month, billed alongside your annual plan.
The quote engine gives you a reliable estimate based on your selected requirements. Final pricing is confirmed after a brief discovery call where we scope the project exactly. In most cases the final price is within 10% of the estimate, or lower.
Yes. Build costs over €799 can typically be split 50% on project commencement and 50% on launch. For larger projects, staged payment plans are available — ask when you book your call.
Starter sites (1–3 pages) typically take 2–3 weeks. Standard sites (4–8 pages) take 3–5 weeks. Larger or e-commerce projects take 6–12 weeks depending on complexity and content readiness. Timelines are confirmed at scoping.
If you have an existing website, we offer a Transfer In service — your site moves to Shuppa managed hosting without a full rebuild. Migration fee is €49 one-off, then €149–€249/year for managed hosting depending on the site.
