Shuppa is building a suite of interconnected SaaS products for the Irish SME market — accounting, CRM, booking, payments, HR, forecasting, and support — unified under one platform. We're at the stage where we need a commercially sharp operator to own go-to-market, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships from the ground up.
This is a high-ownership role. You'll work directly with the founder, set commercial strategy, and have full accountability for revenue outcomes. If you've built commercial functions before in SaaS or B2B software — and you understand the Irish SME buyer — this is a rare opportunity.
We need a rigorous, process-oriented operator who can build the internal infrastructure behind Shuppa's growth. As we scale from a founder-led product to a multi-product platform serving hundreds of Irish businesses, we need someone who can translate vision into reliable execution — across product delivery, customer operations, compliance, and team building.
You'll be responsible for making the business run well. That means owning everything that sits between "we've built it" and "customers are getting value from it at scale." This role requires both strategic thinking and a genuine willingness to get into the details.

Shuppa is a Kilcock, Co. Kildare-based company building practical business software for Irish SMEs. Our platform covers accounting (Notiva), CRM (Neuron), booking (Space), payments (Synapse), support (Orello), forecasting (Oculys), and HR (Optivex) — all connected through a single data layer.
We are small, deliberate, and moving fast. We don't hire to fill headcount — we hire when a role will clearly make the business better. These two director positions are founding-team level appointments and will have outsized impact on how Shuppa grows.
